AV and IT Integration
Pixel Global AV not only installs equipment but specialises in integrating the entirety of a clients’ audio visual functions onto one system for complete control at the touch of a button. User-friendly interfaces are programmed to meet each client’s unique user requirements for enhanced convenience.
Offsite Build, Test and Commission
We have the capability of pre-building video conference systems off-site using our specialised ‘room set‘ solution which can then be installed with a minimum of time and fuss at the clients’ premises.
Logistics and Global Deployment
We are able to take care of all elements associated with large scale and global projects. This involves logistics, customs clearing, tax, commercial invoicing and many other complex co-ordination functions. With one point of contact you can take care of the entirety of your global project needs.
Maintenance and Aftercare
At Pixel Global AV we take pride in prolonging the life of our installations and therefore offer scheduled maintenance visits and on call repair packages. Our team of dedicated service engineers work tirelessly to ensure the customer remains of prime importance even after installations are complete.
System End User Training
System familiarisation is standard with every Pixel Global AV installation. Upon project completion, clients are walked through the full operation of their system. Personalised user manuals are provided and further training is available if required.
