Wise Event Space

Client

Wise is a long-term client of Pixel Global AV, based in Shoreditch, London, and we have been working with them during their many office expansions, upgrading AV rooms to keep up with technology changes and the needs of the client. Meeting rooms, huddle spaces and training rooms spread across 3 floors have all benefited from the Pixel Global AV adherence to quality and sound installation practices.

Brief

During a recent expansion the client required a bespoke event space to host company meetings, video conferences, and multiple events.

The Client brief set out a requirement for a broadcast quality facility to support video editing and streaming of live events, with a full stage performance area with audio reinforcement and lighting. Pixel Global AV offered a full design and build service coordinating with the client, their fit-out contractors, and architects to deliver a solution which meet this exacting brief.

Solution

The overall solution was made up of the following elements:

• Main displays - two LG 98” displays

• 2 x 65’’ LG repeater screens (mounted n Heckler Design AV Carts)

• #1 x 55’’ LG confidence monitor

• 1 x Avonic camera dedicated to the presenter with 2 x Avonic cameras to capture audience participation all capable of event recording as well as video conferencing

• Twelve full range QSC speaker cabinets to support all event types

• Speaker and audience audio reinforcement supported by Shure Microflex handheld and lavaliere microphones

• Dedicated control desk with video editing on a Roland video switcher with joystick camera controller.

• Full backend video switching and user control interfaces using Crestron DM hardware and QSC DSP and Control enabling video and audio transport to other areas within the building

• DMX LED lighting throughout.
