Corporate Zoom Rollout

Project Summary

Pixel Global AV worked with our US partner to define a global standard for a range of Zoom Room meeting spaces. The design needed to be standardised to enable efficient and cost effective roll out across multiple regions using equipment that was available in all locations.

Brief

We made sure we had a clear understanding of the client’s needs and requirements:

• System design - Specifying the most cost effective and suitable technical solution that meets the client brief

• Install Playbook – Defining the installation process from start to finish

• Install Brief – site specific instructions for install team

• Sign Off – standardised sign off process that confirm room functionality with client as well as recording all asset, software and firmware information

Outcome

The AV solution was delivered in partnership with our trusted global suppliers, LG Displays, Logitech, Apple, Poly, Chief to name but a few.

The roll out was project managed from our UK headquarters with all locations following the standardised playbook, install brief and commissioning process.
