Zoom Rooms Global Rollout

Brief

The client team had defined their AV standards for Zoom Rooms and were looking for partners that could deliver against this standard on a global basis.

We made sure we had a clear understanding of the client’s needs and requirements:

  • System design – specifying the most cost effective and suitable technical solution that meets the client brief

  • Install Playbook – Defining the installation process from start to finish

  • Install Brief – site specific instructions for install team

  • Sign Off – standardised sign off process that confirm room functionality with client as well as recording all asset, software and firmware information

Outcome

The roll out was project managed from our UK headquarters with all locations following the standardised playbook, install brief and commissioning process.

To date installations have taken place in the following locations:

  • Warsaw

  • Dublin

  • Dubai

  • Tel Aviv
