Global Finance Company Meeting Rooms
Brief
Pixel Global worked with our client to redevelop their London office to support the changing working environment
Our client was looking to provide 6 video conference rooms that could work as individual meeting rooms as well as being combined into one single larger meeting place
Video conferring functionality was provided by a range Cisco Webex Room systems specified based on room size and functionality required
The overall system was managed by a Creston control system which enable the client to control the combined space to support Town hall meetings, events, sales and Board meetings as well as training sessions
Ceiling speakers and Shure MX910A ceiling microphones were installed in individual meeting rooms but could be combined into one overall system. A QSC 110F DSP supported the routing and audio processing of this combined space
We used the patented Room Ready Room Set mounting solution (https://roomready.com/products-and-services/innovative-products/) to store all AV equipment locally at the displays
This not only simplified the system design and cabling required but also enabled us to build and test the most complex parts of the system offsite reducing the overall time required to complete the install onsite.
We made sure we had a clear understanding of the client’s needs and requirements:
System design – specifying the most cost effective and suitable technical solution that meets the client brief
Install Playbook – Defining the installation process from start to finish
Install Brief – site specific instructions for install team
Sign Off – standardised sign off process that confirms room functionality with the client as well as recording all asset, software and firmware information
Outcome
The roll out was project managed from our UK headquarters with all locations following the standardised playbook, install brief and commissioning process.
